Since 2014, Péter is leading a 350+ employees Competence Center (a captive, multi-function high value added Shared Service Center) in Budapest, Hungary. The Competence Center was established by Lexmark in 2008 to deliver complex services and support in 10+ languages in the EMEA region and Worldwide. Péter joined Lexmark in 2008, and held leadership positions in supply chain: customer service center, planning, strategy; as well as in the area of Quality, Environment, and Operational Excellence/Lean. Prior to Lexmark, Csucska held various quality, engineering and supply chain positions in the manufacturing sector with Sanyo, GE and Diebold-Nixdorf. Péter is a graduate of GE Healthcare’s Operational Management Leadership Program (OMLP). Péter holds a University degree with Honors in Chemistry. He is COPC 5.0, APICS CSCP, Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and is an IS0 9001/14000 Lead Auditor.
