I work as a Human Resources Manager at Outokumpu Global Business Services Centre. In the last 5 years of experience I have progressive success in establishing two Global Business Services in Lithuania as a Human Resources professional and having more than 8 years of international experience in HR field.

During my work at Outokumpu I successfully developed HR practices for Global Business Services Center in Vilnius from the start. Ensuring efficient management and team practices are in place following Group expectations.

Prior to this role I've been working as Head of HR of US based Intermedix corporation in Kaunas Shared Services Center (SSC). By developing and implementing various HR strategies, I enabled the growth of the SSC from few a dozen to more than 600 employees. Later on I worked as a Head of Organizational Development and managed global projects including - performance management and recognition programs. Created and introduced core competencies model aligned to the company's strategic direction and culture.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology gained in London, UK and few more professional qualifications including CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources. I can’t imagine my life without horse riding and travelling and I’m a member of Lithuanian Riflemen's Union.
