I currently hold the Site Manager position of Outokumpu Global Business Center and have overall responsibility for multifunctional service delivery, such as Finance, Procurement, Master Data, as well as for service efficiencies using Lean framework and RPA solutions. As a Site manager my responsibilities include legal and public relations activities on behalf of the Company.

Prior to this role I've been working as Service Center Manager at Ahlstrom and was responsible for service KPI's for the Finance operations, dialog and communication with service receiving units within Company, providing process efficiency and harmonization.

My prior experiences include managing Finance SSC of global IT company for EMEA region in Prague, Czech Republic, also Finance business partnering in Copenhagen, Denmark in the role of Senior Finance Manager role by leading finance teams in change environment, finance transformation process and supporting business in cost saving and performance improvement programs.
I have MBA degree in International Project Management.

My hobbies outside of work are outside jogging / walking, cycling – basically all outside activities to refresh the mind from business topics.
