Leads the GCB team for BT.  Functionally this covers the financially managing the customer from credit vetting, invoicing, cash collection, query handling, debt management and cash application.  Also responsible for transformation projects.  The team collects c.£17Bn of cash, manages c£1Bn of debt and has c.1700 people based in major hubs in the UK, India and Hungary.  Supplier base of c.20 external partners.

Previously responsible for the Finance integration workstream where BT acquired EE for £12Bn, and the preparation and submission of the Class 1 circular to facilitate acquisition.

Responsible for the creation of BTs Finance Shared Service centres, building the team from scratch into a 850 strong workforce based in India, Hungary, Argentina and the UK.  This included end/end creation of the team from business case phase, property applications and tax exemptions, recruitment, training to subsequently running the team for 5 years.

A chartered accountant by background, has held Financial Controller roles BT Business (c.£4Bn revenue), the Field engineering team (c.18,000 people) and as CFO for a Consumer venture.
